Privacy & Refund Policy

1. General Information

This Privacy Policy explains how AiDEX ERP (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, stores, and processes personal and business information when you use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

• User identification data: name, phone, email and login.
• Business data: company, branches, customers and products.
• Financial data: subscription payments and invoices.
• Device and usage data: IP, browser, login time and activity.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide and improve Service features.
• User authentication and security.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Analytics and Service development.
• User communications, notifications and support.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only when legally required or necessary to provide the Service, for example with payment providers. We never sell personal or business data.

5. Retention & Security

We retain data during the active subscription period and, after termination, for the legally required period if applicable. We use encryption, secure servers and access controls to protect information.

6. User Rights

• Access and update your data.
• Request deletion of data, subject to legal restrictions, by contacting support@aidex.uz.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Users will be notified through the Service.

7. Meta (Instagram/Facebook) Integration

We use Meta APIs solely to power AI auto-replies to comments. In this integration we may process and partly store:

• page_id and Page name;
• ig_user_id and username;
• media_id and permalinks to link auto-reply rules to posts;
• encrypted access tokens stored on secure servers;
• webhook logs for up to 30 days for diagnostics.

The purpose is to identify the connected account, receive comment events through webhooks, publish replies based on predefined prompts and keep an event log. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising or targeting. Access is restricted to authorized client administrators.

Retention: service identifiers remain while the integration is active; webhook logs for up to 30 days; tokens until the integration is disconnected or the token expires.

8. Meta Data Deletion

To delete Instagram/Facebook data related to your account:

1. Open AiDEX → Settings → Integrations → Instagram/Facebook → Disconnect.
2. Click “Delete stored IG/Facebook data”.
3. Or email support@aidex.uz from your registered email with the subject “Meta data deletion”.

We will remove all Meta-related data and unsubscribe webhooks within 72 hours. You may also revoke permissions in Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription and payment questions, including refund requests, are reviewed according to the active plan terms and applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Contact our support team with your account and payment details so the request can be reviewed.
