2. Use of the Service

• The Service may be used only for lawful purposes.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Features are intended solely for managing business operations.

3. Data Security & Privacy

We follow industry standards to protect data. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and explains how we collect, use, retain, and delete information.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Access is provided on a subscription basis according to the chosen plan.
• Payments must be made in line with the active tariff.
• During an active subscription, you retain the right to use the Service.

5. Restrictions

• No reverse engineering, copying, reselling, or unlawful distribution.
• Misuse may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Limitation of Liability

AiDEX ERP is provided “as is.” We are not liable for damages resulting from technical failures or third-party services.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified through the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
